Delivery Terms and Conditions
Dry product In-stock orders received by 11:00 AM Monday-Friday will usually ship same day by Flashexpress company, Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 11:00 AM. We mainly ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday excluding Saturday-Sunday, or on public holidays.
Fresh product will ship separately, and be delivered by Refrigerated truck company on Monday and Thursday for 1kg and over. Less than 1kg will be delivered once a week, Delivery day dependent on schedule delivery of the week. With a refrigerated delivery truck our fresh products last longer, they will arrive with our customer as if they’ve just been picked.
Cannabis Flower will be ship out within 7 working days after payment received.
Period of Standard delivery service :
-Bangkok areas 1 – 2 working days
-Upcountry areas 2 – 3 working days
-Special areas (Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani) and Remote areas need 2-5 more working days to deliver.
We do not delivery fresh products to the island areas which can cause the high damages of the fresh products due to long period of delivery and the refrigerator truck could not deliver fresh product to the island areas as well.
Shipping cost:
-Fresh products 200 thb/kg ( less than 1kg will be charged at the kilogram rate )
-Dry products 100 thb/kg ( less than 1kg will be charged at 60 thb )
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
Tracking information will be provided by Green Lab staff member or sub agent that you were purchased the order from.
Due to the nature of our products, it is our policy that once the products have been received and accepted, it is assumed that you have inspected our products and are satisfied. We do allow you to reject the products that damaged, faulty, inedible or defective, please see our return and replace policy details.
