Dear Customer,

Please inspect all Fresh/Dry products thoroughly at time of delivery as these products are only be able to make a claim or replace at the same day of delivery only. 

OUR RETURN AND REPLACE POLICY AFTER TIME OF DELIVERY IS LIMITED. PRODUCTS MAY BE RETURNED, AFTER DELIVERY, ONLY IF IT MEETS THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT TERM AND CONDITION. 

Should the product you have purchased from Green Lab is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily claim and replace new product for you.

For our products (especially leaves) are organic. The produce is not sprayed with any chemicals to repel the pests. You might have noticed some holes, Insect damages, or imperfect in our organic leaves. It will not effect the benefits of the leaves in anyway. It is actually a good thing for cannabis leaves to be use for medical purposes. So we cannot claim or replace the products

 (leaves) for those reasons.

If you wish to return any fresh/dry products, you have to notify us within the same day of receiving your delivery only.  

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us an unboxing fully uncut video and notify us within the same day of delivery only. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the product back to the our office. 

Customer must return the product by posting it to Green Lab Office. Any cost incurred by customer in returning the product will be borne by Green Lab. (we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product at our expense)

Returns must be received in their original condition for Dry product. 

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please contact our Green Lab manager on +66 92-546-6909 or contact directly to your sub agent that the product were originally purchased. 

Please send an unboxing fully uncut video of the damaged product when you open the parcel along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem.  

If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace the affected product.

Customer must check the receipt and purchasing certificate details, in case if any details such as name, address, Id card number are incorrect please notify us immediately. 

PLEASE NOTE: If customer do not have an unboxing video, we cannot make a claim or replace the new product in any cases and a video must be send to us within the same day of delivering.
